
Refund and Returns Policy
HOW CAN I RETURN TO MY ORDER AFTER RECEIVING IT?
We only accept returns once the items have been returned to us in their original packaging, unopened & unused. Due to hygienic reasons and as Fragrances fall under the Beauty & Cosmetics section, we take proper protocol to ensure returns as per the terms above. If your product is still unopened, kindly contact us at info@ramonbejar.com, and one of our team members will coordinate with you.
“Please note that perfumes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable if opened or used. For unused and unopened fragrances, shipping and return charges are not refundable”.
SALES ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
I HAVE RECEIVED A WRONG ITEM
If you receive the wrong item or your order is missing an item, please contact info@ramonbejar.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please note, the item must be returned in the same condition it was received within 30 days of receipt for a refund.
I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM
If you receive a damaged item, please contact info@ramonbejar.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that, depending on stock, a replacement may not be available, and that defective items may also benefit from a manufacturer’s defects warranty.
I AM GETTING CHARGED TAXES & CUSTOM DUTIES
We do not charge any taxes or customs duties on your order. You will have to pay customs charges and taxes (if applicable) to the customs authority in your country. They will contact you if any charges apply. If you refuse to pay customs charges, your package will be returned, and the order charges won’t be refunded.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipments may require an SSN or other personal ID for customs clearance. Failure to provide this may cause delays or the return of shipments. In such cases, the order amount will be non-refundable.
