SHIPPING POLICY

Shipments may require an SSN or other personal ID for customs clearance. Failure to provide this may cause delays or the return of shipments. In such cases, the order amount will be non-refundable.

IS THERE A DISCOUNT CODE?

First-time users of our website receive a 10% discount when they sign up for the newsletter. This code is applicable one time only and needs to be used during checkout. Once an order is received and processed, we are unable to add the discount code to the purchase. If you have not received your code, kindly email us at info@ramonbejar.com.

CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCTS AND KEEP THE GIFT ITEMS/SAMPLES?

To be eligible for the refund, all the items included in the order need to be returned (including promotional gifts, discovery sets, etc.). 

WHERE DOES RAMON BEJAR SHIP TO?

We ship worldwide except for the following countries in the link: https://www.fedex.com/en-us/service-guide/dangerous-goods/international-locations.html

We ship from the UAE, and fragrances are classified as Dangerous goods or DG.
